Welcome to Solace Charities UK
Solace Charities UK is dedicated to providing holistic support (medical, financial, emotional, and social) to children living with chronic or life-limiting illness and to their disadvantaged families in India. We believe children thrive best when cared for by their families in the comfort of their own homes. To make this possible, we focus not only on the medical needs of the child but also on the well-being of the entire family.
We, at Solace Charities UK, were impressed by the remarkable work of Solace (Kerala) – a charitable trust founded in 2007 by Sheeba Ameer and which is now a lifeline for more than 6,000 children in Kerala. We work in partnership with Solace – a trusted charitable organisation providing holistic care to over 6,000 disadvantaged children in great need, as well as essential support for their families. By doing this we ensure access to medical treatment for the children and financial and emotional support to the families living in poverty while they are focussed on the care of their sick child.
